• Content you provide — tracks, audio and media files, split sheets, signed agreements, projects, briefs, messages, and other materials you upload or create.
• Inquiries — information you submit through our contact and "join the team" forms.
• Usage & device data — log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including music clearance, catalog, and collaboration features.
• To create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and record signatures on agreements.
• To communicate with you about your account, invitations, briefs, and tasks.
• To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Service — for example, with service providers that host our infrastructure, send transactional email, and process files — and with members of your workspace as required for collaboration and clearance (such as split sheets and one-stop agreements).
