Before you send stems
How should the stems be exported?
24-bit WAV, all bounced from the same start point (bar 1, not where the part comes in), at the
song's tempo and sample rate. Leave effects off the vocals unless the effect is the
part — printed autotune, a stutter, a formant shift. Name them so we can tell a lead from a
double without listening to all forty.
What counts as a revision?
One round of notes, sent together, answered by one new mix. Twelve separate emails over a
weekend is not one revision, and neither is a re-record — send new stems and that's a new job.
Out of revisions? Ask, and we'll quote for the extra round rather than leave you stuck.
When does the turnaround clock start?
When your stems are in and approved, not when you pay. If we have to come back to you for a
missing part, the clock starts when it lands.
Is mastering included?
Yes — in all three packages. There is no separate mastering fee.
